Cushman v. Shinseki Decision: Claimants Have Due Process Interest in VA Compensation Claims

In Cushman v. Shinseki, decided on August 12th, 2009 by the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the court held that, “a veteran alleging a service-connected disability has a due process right to fair adjudication of his claim for benefits.”
