Exam Prep Materials Available in the Library

If you missed the Lunchtime Learning Series on Exam Prep – don’t worry!  You can learn about many of the resources that were covered during that session in the Exam Prep section of this resource guide: http://libraryguides.jmls.edu/firstyearguide.  The guide is helpful for exam preparation, even if you aren’t a first year anymore.

If you look at that resource guide, you’ll see that most of our study aides (Examples and Explanations, Q and As, Nutshells, etc.) are available in the Academic Success Collection which is on the 6th floor in the library.   All of the study guide materials can be checked out for 3 days.

You also have access to sample exams from past years available here: http://www.jmls.edu/library/Exams/index.shtml
To access the exams you must use your JMLS network user name and password (the same one you use for accessing your LegalEase account).  Note: The user name format has to include @jmls.edu as the suffix

Another  great resource to help you get ready for exams are CALI lessons.   They are available to you for free at: http://www.cali.org/lesson.  The first time you sign up for these you will need an authorization code which you can get by stopping by the reference desk in the library.

That is roughly 12% of all homeless adults, the study says.

It’s good that there is a program aimed to end this. It’s just so wrong to have no home after going back from a war.

The military life is not an easy one by any means. It only becomes more complicated with children involved. I only hope to see more Child Care facilities offering discounts to active military/ veterans. Best of luck.

It’s always hard to have a military life. I salute to those who have a very big heart to be in the middle of it and try hard to make it through. I hope all the children, and family are always in a good hand.
