WestlawNext and Printing

Westlaw has introduced a new search engine called WestlawNext.    It has many useful new features, however, free printing is not available through WestlawNext.

To print to the Westlaw printers, you must go through the Westlaw interface (not WestlawNext) or use the “Find and Print” option.   Do not use the shortcuts on the www.lawschool.westlaw.com homepage.

    In Social Security cases, VA benefits do not offset a claimant’s SSD but they would offset SSI. I wonder if an argument could be made that SSI benefits should not be offset because of the character of VA benefits as obligatory compensation.

    This is one small step for the rights of people over these greedy corporations. It’s disgusting that it had to even go this far. This is something that Casper Wyoming Attorneys have to deal with quite frequently, and they’re sick of it. Why can’t these insurance companies understand that people are fed up with being pushed around? Keep up the good work.

    Good for people! They paid for the LTD and should be entitled to the full amount of the benefit.
